J. Harte Associates also handled the integration with Diversified Distributors’ previous internet provider to migrate e-mails and move Diversified Distributors into Microsoft Online Services. This gave the employees at Diversified Distributors the advantages of a company-wide calendar, and access to their e-mails from anywhere, without requiring them to invest in a server. The move to Microsoft Online Services proved to be an efficient, affordable solution, which gave Diversified Distributors increased capabilities and helped them to streamline their workflow.

In addition to the maintenance program J. Harte Associates provides, they also manage and maintain daily backups for Diversified Distributors. These backups are monitored 24/7, and supported by generators in the event of a power failure. This backup program insures that Diversified Distributors’ critical information stays safe and secure at all times.
